GitHub Campus Expert

Chris is the GitHub Campus Expert @ NCAT. This position equips him with the skills necessary to follow his passion for open source and collaborative coding by bringing these skills to other students at NCAT. Chris holds workshops regularly for NCAT students and is willing to assist any student or faculty member in the Piedmont Triad area to leverage Git and GitHub in the classroom and beyond. Open GitHub Training Published

Chris recently published the first several modules of an open GitHub training curriculum through the Aggie Makerspace at North Carolina A&T State University. The training is openly accessible to anyone, and is primarily geared towards moving NC A&T Students from having no knowledge of version control to mastering advanced git and GitHub topics. The github-training repository is publicly hosted on the makerspace GitHub.
